We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Retail Property Management team, supporting the operations of two thriving shopping centres - Norton Plaza and Glenrose Village. In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day centre operations, partnering with tenants, contractors and stakeholders while providing essential administrative and financial support.
This role will be based across both centres, with flexibility around site attendance depending on business needs. A current driver's licence and the ability to travel between locations are required (approximately 40 minutes apart).
About the role:
Managing day-to-day centre administration and office coordination
Processing accounts payable invoices, expenses and invoice reconciliations
Assisting with tenant on-charges, arrears reporting and financial administration
Maintaining lease information, tenant sales data and centre records
Supporting monthly reporting, tenancy schedules and compliance documentation
Coordinating contractors and assisting with maintenance-related administration
Responding to tenant, customer, supplier and stakeholder enquiries
Providing general administrative support, including reporting, registers and meeting coordination
About you:
Previous administration experience, ideally within retail property, commercial property or a similar environment
A current driver's licence and ability to travel between both centres
Strong attention to detail and financial administration skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
