About the role
As a Digital Loss Lead, you’ll use CCTV and digital reporting tools to identify operational compliance gaps, stock protection risks, and opportunities to improve store processes across Coles. Based in the Coles Store Support Centre, your focus will be on prevention, coaching and consistent execution, turning clear observations into practical actions for store and field teams. This is a full-time, onsite role with a mixed roster that includes early mornings, late evenings and some weekends.
You will also:
-
Review CCTV footage to assess store processes, team member behaviours, customer-facing activity and compliance with loss prevention standards.
-
Identify process misses, unsafe practices, stock protection issues and other operational opportunities visible through footage.
-
Prepare clear, factual and timely digital reports, coaching cards and observation records.
-
Share practical observations with Protection Services, Store Managers, Regional Managers, and field teams to support corrective action.
-
Analyse recurring themes and reporting trends to help improve store routines, stock handling, register behaviours and compliance standards.
-
Escalate significant safety concerns, repeated process failures or urgent operational issues in line with agreed pathways.
