About your role
As our Supply & Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for translating demand into executable production and supply plans, ensuring inventory, capacity and customer service requirements remain balanced across the planning horizon. This is not a narrow reporting or spreadsheet role. You will help the business make better planning decisions across demand, supply, inventory, capacity and service.
You'll work across both monthly and weekly planning cycles, partnering with manufacturing sites and key business stakeholders to identify constraints, optimise supply decisions and support proactive decision-making. From production scheduling and shutdown planning through to inventory optimisation and capacity planning, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and customers supplied. You will help govern an integrated demand, supply and inventory plan for a key portfolio, ensuring assumptions are clear, constraints are visible, trade-offs are understood and actions are followed through.
Key Responsibilities
Develop integrated supply, production and inventory plans to support business demand and operational performance.
Balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory and service outcomes across a complex production network.
Identify supply constraints, risks and inventory issues early, driving practical solutions with key stakeholders.
Support production scheduling, capacity planning and supply allocation decisions.
Provide planning insights, scenario analysis and decision support to operational and financial stakeholders.
Monitor inventory performance, including shortages, excess stock and supply risk positions.
Maintain planning data, reporting and SAP master data to support effective decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen planning capability and business performance.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who combines planning discipline, analytical capability, personal presence and a genuine desire to keep developing.
Experience in supply planning, production planning, material planning, inventory planning or integrated planning.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, regulated, FMCG or another complex supply environment.
Strong SAP, Excel and data capability, with Power BI, Kinaxis Maestro or other planning systems experience highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, disciplined follow-through and a learning mindset.
Sound judgement in balancing customer service, cost, capacity, inventory and risk.
Strong attention to detail, ownership of actions and disciplined follow-through.
Why join IXOM?

You will have the opportunity to:
Work across a complex and meaningful supply chain portfolio.
Influence planning decisions that impact customer service, manufacturing stability and inventory performance.
