We are seeking qualified chefs to join our exceptional team and support catering operations. This role spans everything from the Main Production Kitchen to corporate suites, function rooms, and catering for artists and players. We are looking for chefs with a strong work ethic, pride in their craft, and a passion for contributing to an enthusiastic, vibrant team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation, production, and service of food
- Effective stock control to minimise wastage
- Comply with the Australian New Zealand Food Standard Code
- Help maintain a safe and clean working environment

We are looking for Qualified Chefs who have worked at a chef de partie level, who thrive on being part of a team, as well as working well unsupervised.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Passion for preparing and presenting quality food
- Demonstrate excellent food safety and hygiene practices
- Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent kitchen leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in others
- The ability to work on a 24/7 roster around events and business operations
Successful applicants will require the following.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
- Current National Police Clearance

RAC Arena is WA's home of live entertainment, music and sports.
