A rare opportunity has come up to join the Dunn & Walton team in a Front of House Team Leader role at Level 4.
The level and scope of the role will depend on your skills and experience. We’re looking for someone who can help lead a small team, maintain high standards, deliver great customer service, and support the day-to-day running of the store and cafe.
This is a hands-on role involving customer service, barista work, working with fresh produce, groceries, packing online orders, and getting involved across different areas of the business.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised, proactive, and enjoys helping others grow and succeed. Barista experience is essential, and experience leading a team is preferred, however we’re open to different levels of experience for the right person.
We may also have opportunities available for baristas, so if you’re passionate about coffee and customer service, we’d still love to hear from you.
