As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our infrastructure and software development teams, enabling engineers to build, deploy and operate applications successfully within our Kubernetes and GCP environments. Acting as a trusted technical partner, you will provide expert guidance on cloud-native technologies, application architecture and platform best practices, helping development teams deliver secure, scalable and reliable solutions at pace.
You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining resilient cloud infrastructure, supporting and optimising our Kubernetes platforms, and integrating key GCP services into application ecosystems. As a senior member of the team, you will also lead complex problem-solving efforts, mentor engineers, create clear technical documentation, and champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service across the engineering function.
