Step into a Head of, leadership role where youll shape the future of how marketing drives growth. As the Senior Marketing Manager within Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA), youll bring together brand, campaigns, events and communications into one connected engine that drives growth across brokers, partners and small business customers. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution every day. Youll lead through change, simplify complexity and build capability in a team that is evolving fast, helping move marketing from a reactive service to a true growth driver.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver an integrated marketing strategy that connects brand, campaigns, events and commuinications to drive measurable growth across acquisition, retention and partner channels
- Lead and uplift a multidisciplinary team, coaching capability across B2B marketing, content, GTM and engagement to build a highperforming function
- Translate business strategy into clear, prioritised marketing initiatives, aligning effort to the highest value opportunities across intermediated and partner distribution
- Orchestrate endtoend campaigns and channel activity, ensuring consistent messaging, strong execution and alignment to agreed outcomes and timelines
- Partnering with CX and digital, -create connected, customerled journeys that strengthen relationships and brand preference
- Drive marketing transformation, embedding CRM, lifecycle marketing and measurement practices to enable scalable, commercially focused growth
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading endtoend marketing across multiple channels with a strong commercial mindset
- A track record of leading change and building capability in evolving or transforming environments
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and align crossfunctional teams around shared goals
- Broad marketing craft across brand, campaigns, digital and customer experience
- Experience in B2B or partnerled models, with an understanding of intermediated customer journeys
- A peoplefirst leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing and uplifting team capability
