Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile and hands-on IT Administrator with a strong background in ERP application support to manage and support our core business systems and IT environment. This role suits an all-rounder who is comfortable working across applications, infrastructure, and end-user support, with ERP systems forming thecentrepiece of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a critical rolein ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of businessprocesses enabled by technology.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for ERP system support,including day-to-day administration, user support, issue resolution, and coordinationwith vendors or implementation partners.
This includes managing user access, roles, workflows, master data, reporting,and system configuration while ensuring ERP modules align with businessoperations such as finance, supply chain, payroll, HR, or manufacturing(depending on the organisation’s ERP footprint).
Being the technical lead on ERP implementation projects.
In addition to ERP responsibilities, the role involves general IT administrationduties. These include managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, overseeing useraccounts and device provisioning, supporting Windows-based desktop andserver environments, and maintaining network services such as DNS, DHCP,VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
The administrator will also provide level 1–2 end-user support, diagnosehardware and software issues, and maintain documentation for systems,processes, and procedures.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understandoperational requirements, translate them into system improvements, and supportchange initiatives such as ERP upgrades, module implementations, integrations, andprocess optimisations. The IT Administrator will also contribute to cybersecurity bestpractices, including patching, backups, access controls, and basic securitymonitoring.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should have demonstrated experience supporting and administering oneor more ERP platforms such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics (NAV /Business Central), Oracle NetSuite, MYOB Advanced, Pronto, or similar enterprisesystems.
A solid understanding of business processes and how ERP systems supportthem is essential.
Strong general IT administration skills are required, including experience withWindows operating systems, Active Directory or Entra ID, Microsoft 365, basicnetworking, and endpoint management. Experience working with vendors, logging and escalating ERP issues, performinguser training, and supporting system upgrades or migrations will be highlyregarded.
A working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or ERP integrations isadvantageousThe role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, prioritisingcompeting demands, and communicating clearly with both technical and non technical users.

Qualifications (Desirable)
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, orBusiness Systems are desirable. ERP vendor certifications or ITIL-based service management experience will beviewed favourably
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
