Sales Assistant — Ty Beanies (Australia)
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to support the growth of the Australian business for Ty Beanies.
This is a pivotal coordination role within a fast-moving consumer products environment, supporting sales execution, operational planning, and customer service. Working closely with the Sales team, you will help ensure that commercial activities run seamlessly — from ordering and logistics through to sales planning, trade support, and brand execution.

The Role
Reporting directly into the Sales team, you will act as a central point of coordination across sales, operations, and marketing functions. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage detail, and maintain momentum across multiple projects will be critical to success.
You will operate as a trusted support partner to the sales team — ensuring systems are accurate, stakeholders are informed, and processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Commercial & Sales Support
· Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Sales team
· Coordinate orders, track progress, and ensure accurate execution
· Liaise with sales representatives, customers, and internal stakeholders
· Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service
· Support sales planning activities and account preparation
Buying, Planning & Analytical Support
· Assist with buying cycles, inventory coordination, and forecasting processes
· Support logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery
· Analyse sales data and prepare reports to support commercial decisions
· Maintain accuracy across systems, product data, and planning tools
· Maintain and update web-based sales portals and digital sales tools
· Support the implementation of promotional and seasonal initiatives
Operational Excellence
· Ensure projects are organised, documented, and moving forward efficiently
· Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operational stakeholders
· Proactively identify process improvements and efficiencies
· Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
