About the position
This position provides a range of finance support and advice to Business Units/Schools in the management of the University's financial obligations to internal and external stakeholders. This position will be working under the supervision of the Finance Business Partner and Reporting Lead.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Completion of a Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting with some relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and monitor workflows within own area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated capacity to organise work effectively and efficiently and deliver outputs in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow established procedures with limited supervision and contribute positively to an effective team.
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems, coupled with high level of proficiency working with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
