AWR Property Services has been operating in the residential and commercial construction industry for 19 years and specialises in demolition, excavation, remedial work and asbestos removal. Now we are seeking a Demolition Site Supervisor to join our team.
Duties:
- Managing job sites and operational activities on site.
- Managing AWR personnel to execute scope of works.
- Managing AWR plants, machines and tools to complete scope of works.
- Documenting and maintaining SWMS and all other site required documents.
- Demolition, excavation, and remedial works.
What we are looking for:
- Must have a valid White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
- Demolition license
- Previous experience working in demolition and remedial
- Can safely operate hand and power tools
- Is honest and reliable
- Has a good work ethic
- Able to work well in a team and individually
- Has own Driver's Licence or able to easily travel across Sydney Metro Area
- Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Steel cap boots, hard hat, etc.
Ideal (but not essential):
- Working at Heights certification
- Asbestos Removal Licence
- Able to travel to our Blacktown warehouse
