What this job involves
Are you an experienced commercial property professional ready to take on a substantial portfolio? We're seeking a talented Property Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team in Perth, managing office properties across the CBD and regional Western Australia. This is your opportunity to make a real impact on asset performance while working as part of a collaborative team. You'll be supported by experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients while championing your career growth. Working in a tight-knit team environment, you'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on service delivery. You'll join the team in ownership of the portfolio while benefiting from the collective expertise and support of your colleagues across the wider JLL platform. This role offers genuine variety—from client engagement and financial management to lease administration and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on service delivery in a client-focused environment where your contribution truly matters.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Take ownership of a significant commercial portfolio while being supported within a team environment. You'll deliver comprehensive property management services including:
Contract delivery and compliance with all PMA requirements and KPIs
Property inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor management
Financial management: budgets, reconciliations, tenant payments, and CAPEX planning
Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relations
Client reporting, stakeholder engagement, and chairing regular meetings
Driving service improvements and supporting ESG initiatives
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2+ years' commercial property management experience
Current Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (WA)
Valid Driver's Licence
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
Proficiency with property management systems (MRI highly regarded)
Sound knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
