Job Title:
We are seeking a caring and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to provide support to a person living with Cerebral Palsy in Hamilton Hill.
The participant was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth and is nonverbal, communicating through gestures and sounds, understands both English and Italian.
We are looking for someone who is patient, respectful, and able to build a positive and trusting relationship.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and person-centred support
- Assisting with household tasks, including cleaning and maintaining a tidy home environment
- Supporting community access and participation in activities
- Encouraging independence and engagement in daily routines
- Communicating effectively through nonverbal cues and building rapport
About you:
- Female support worker preferred
- Comfortable assisting with household cleaning tasks
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience supporting people with disabilities is highly regarded
- Able to work independently and provide consistent support
Shift details:
- Every Wednesday
- 9:00am – 3:00pm
Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or related field
