About the Role
As a Service Centre Consultant at State Trustees, you'll deliver excellent client service with ownership and accountability. You'll resolve client queries, use tailored communication, and make financial decisions aligned with client needs and budgets. You'll also manage information, engage stakeholders, and work in a collaborative team.
This full-time role (38 hours, Monday-Friday) offers comprehensive 3-month training located at our Bendigo office, followed by flexible work (2 days from home, 3 in the office) once all requirements are met.
Skills and Experience
- Proven success in dynamic, client-focused, and team environments
- Customer service background, call centre experience is advantageous
- Strong professional communication skills, maintaining composure under pressure
- Experience in empathetically addressing clients with disabilities, mental health issues, and adverse personal circumstances
- Life skills encompassing financial literacy, including budgeting, bank account management, and prioritising financial responsibilities
- Adept at multitasking with Microsoft Office expertise. Efficiently manages multiple tasks, including navigating various systems and applications.
