Restaurant Manger – Mexican Restaurant
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional venue manger to join our growing Mexican restaurant team.
The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality or hotel management experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience with Mexican, Latin American, or premium dining venues will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Managing reservations and guest enquiries
- Supporting smooth front-of-house operations
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinating with kitchen and floor staff
- Maintaining high presentation and service standards
- Looking after staff’s weekly roster
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or venue operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and professional
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Experience with Mexican or international cuisine venues is preferred
- Must have valid Australian work rights.
