We’re looking for an experienced Head of Office Services to lead and develop our Office Services function. This is far more than an office management role. You’ll lead a multi-location team, drive operational excellence, oversee major workplace projects, build scalable systems and partner with leaders across the business to deliver an exceptional employee and client experience.

About the Role
You’ll lead our national Office Services team and be responsible for ensuring every Law Partners office operates to an exceptional standard.
You’ll oversee:
- Leadership and development of our Office Services team across multiple locations
- National workplace operations and office services
- Reception and front-of-house excellence
- Facilities management and supplier relationships
- Office relocations, fit-outs and workplace improvement projects
- Firm-wide events and employee engagement initiatives
- Service standards, operational processes and continuous improvement
- Budgets, contracts and commercial supplier management
- Business continuity, workplace safety and operational risk
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone equally comfortable developing strategy, leading people and rolling up their sleeves to deliver outcomes.
About You
You’ll bring significant experience leading Office Services, Workplace Services, Facilities or Corporate Services within a professional services or multi-site corporate environment.
You’ll have:
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administration or workplace support teams
- Strong facilities, supplier and contract management experience
- Experience managing office relocations, workplace projects or fit outs
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- A commercial mindset with strong organisational and project management capability
- A passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences
- The confidence to identify opportunities, improve processes and build scalable operating models
