We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as T-Ristas.
About the Role
As a T-Rista, you’ll be the face of Chatime, providing excellent customer service while preparing high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders at the counter and guiding customers through the menu
- Preparing and shaking bubble tea drinks according to company standards (SOPs)
- Cooking and preparing pearls and other toppings
- Handling cash and operating the register
About You
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Upselling products and promotions
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
