About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Care & Residential Services, you’ll lead Residential Home Managers across multiple sites and take ownership of operational performance, customer experience, workforce capability, and quality outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and support Residential Home Managers across ACH Group’s residential portfolio.
- Drive high-quality care, customer experience, and continuous improvement outcomes.
- Oversee performance across budgets, occupancy, AN-ACC, KPIs, and workforce effectiveness.
- Strengthen compliance, risk management, and operational systems across sites.
- Partner across the business to deliver safe, efficient, resident-focused services.
What we’re looking for
- Senior leadership experience in aged care or a comparable healthcare environment.
- Strong operational, financial, and commercial capability.
- Proven success leading large teams, driving change, and improving service quality.
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards, reform, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualification plus a current driver’s licence.
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax. We also offer a range of perks through our Employee Benefits Program
