You will play a key role in attracting, onboarding, training, and supporting our care team while ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
About the Role
As the Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain high-quality care professionals who align with our values. You will also support onboarding, compliance, training, and employee engagement while assisting with client enquiries and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Care Workers, Support Workers and Nurses.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, reference checks and compliance documentation.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with legislative and Right at Home requirements.
- Monitor staff compliance, mandatory training and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and CRM platforms.
- Assist with staff retention initiatives and employee engagement.
- Support client enquiries and follow the Right at Home inside sales process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and community stakeholders.
- Represent Right at Home at recruitment events, career expos and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards.
- Provide support to operational teams as required.
About You
You are passionate about people, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Essential
- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Disability or Community Care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of computer literacy and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full Australian working rights.
Desirable
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Law or a related field.
- Previous recruitment experience within aged care, disability or healthcare.
- Experience with recruitment software, CRM systems and compliance management.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
