Evolve Early Learning in Bligh Park is currently looking for our newest trainee to join our team in educating and caring for young children.
Evolve Early Learning is a Child Safe Organisation and Our service philosophy is based around the Reggio Emilia approach, we value creativity and connection throughout our service community.
Participants will pursue a nationally accredited Cert III qualification while acquiring essential on-the-job experience at our service working with our quality educators and teachers.
Evolve collaborates with Kool Kids as our training provider.. Our experienced educators and team is dedicated to supporting your educational journey and offering guidance throughout your traineeship.
- Full-time Traineeships are between 12-18 months.
- Hold AU Citizenship, Permanent Residency or VISA with no working AND study restrictions for a 24-month period.
- Currently obtain or is willing to obtain a Paid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Be above 18 years of age
- Not currently studing an Early Childhood Qualification
The ideal candidate would be:
- An individual with a genuine interest, passion for the Early Childhood Education sector working with 0-6 years age group children.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed learner with great time & task management skills
- Flexible to work in rostered rotating shifts.
- No Early Childhood Qualification
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour
