We're looking for an experienced Workshop/ Production Manager from the smash industry to join the team at AMA Collision .
You will be supporting the Centre Manager and managing and guiding production team within the workshop.

What You'll Do:

Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried out

Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations

Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction

Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in similar leadership/ management role within the collision repair industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to set and adhere to deadlines

Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications in particular excel

The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team
