Well‑established, trusted insulation distribution company servicing builders, installers, shed companies and supply businesses across Victoria. We’re expanding and we’re ready to bring on a driven Sales Representative who wants ownership, autonomy and the chance to build something big.

About the Role
You’ll be on the road across Metro Melbourne and occasionally regional Victoria, nurturing existing accounts and opening new ones. You’ll be the face of the company; building relationships, understanding customer needs and driving growth.
This is not a “sit and wait” sales role. We want someone who loves the chase & knows how to turn conversations into revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting builders, installers, shed companies and supply businesses
- Growing and nurturing an existing customer base
- Prospecting and securing new accounts across Victoria
- Representing the company with professionalism, energy and confidence
- Taking ownership of your territory and building it your way
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience — ideally in insulation or building materials
- Someone who lives and breathes sales
- Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
- A natural relationship‑builder who loves being on the road
