Providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Program Director and team, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, reports, and strategic deliverables.
Assisting with financial and business support functions, including invoice processing, procurement, and adherence to financial policies.
The Coordinator, Program Support plays a key role in enabling the smooth delivery of administrative and business functions across the Big Build Roads Division at VIDA Roads.
This role provides strategic support to the Program Director and their teams through diary and workflow coordination, reporting, document control, and stakeholder liaison.
With autonomy and initiative, the Coordinator, Program Support ensures operational efficiency, maintains high standards of business services, and contributes to the ongoing success of transport infrastructure delivery in Victoria.
This opportunity is a 12 Month Fixed Term Position.
