Active Transport and Tilt Tray Services is seeking experienced Tilt Tray Operator to join our team in Hovea Western Australia on a full-time basis - position is casual until probation period is completed. As an integral part of our road transport operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of a variety of cargo across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Operate tilt tray to transport shipping containers and various equipment
- Load and unload Plant & Machinery in a safe and timely manner
- Undertake pre-departure and post-delivery vehicle/Plant & Machinery inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and safety procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience operating tilt tray, drop deck or courier vehicles
- Heavy rigid (HR), Heavy combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) driver's license
- Strong knowledge of load restraint, route planning and safe driving practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
