We’re looking for a bold, commercially sharp operations leader to lead the turnaround, integration and performance of our Food Service & Convenience network — including Superior Food Group, Campbells and related entities.
As Director of Operations, this role reports to the CEO Food Service & Convenience and is a key member of the Food Service & Convenience Leadership Team.
In this role, you will lead a national network of approx. 35 sites and 2,000 team members, driving branch-level P&L, operational discipline, customer experience and transformation as the business moves into a more unified Metcash operating model.
