About the Role
You will be responsible for managing end to end payroll for approximately 190 employees under the Security Services Industry Award. This is a high volume, busy part time (3 days per week) role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll for 190 staff in line with the Security Award

Manage monthly payroll tax submissions

Complete quarterly PLSA submissions

Administer Child Support deductions

Perform PAYG reconciliations

Process and reconcile superannuation payments

Ensure compliance with relevant awards and legislation
To be successful you will have:

Minimum 3 years payroll experience

Proven experience managing large, high volume weekly payrolls

Strong understanding of the Security Services Industry Award (MA000016) or similar awards (Construction, Aviation, or Retail)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills
Systems Experience
Experience with the following systems is highly desirable:
