Drilling Assistant
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Drilling Assistant to join our growing team, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Our company specialises in installing PVC pipe horizontally using microtunnelling and trenchless boring techniques across various civil projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
About the Role
- Casual position initially, with potential for full-time employment
- 8 to 9-hour shifts
- Work across multiple sites throughout Perth
- Position commencing mid-June
- Opportunity to gain experience in specialised civil and trenchless drilling operations
Responsibilities
- Assisting with microtunnelling and boring operations
- General civil labouring duties
- Assisting with PVC pipe installation
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Working collaboratively within a team on-site
Minimum Requirements
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Own Reliable Vehicle
Highly Regarded / Bonus Qualifications
- MR Licence
- Confined Space Ticket
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Previous drilling or civil construction experience
- Welding experience
