The Opportunity
At Lorna Jane Warringah Mall, you'll support your Store Leader in running the floor leading by example on sales, coaching the team day to day, and keeping operations sharp. This role is for someone who wants to sell, lead, and grow into more.
You'll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn't around. If you have retail sales experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example on the floor, hitting your own KPIs, productivity, average dollar, units per sale
- Coach and support your team's performance, day to day
- Help keep visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards on point
- Step up and run the store in your Store Leader's absence
- Build genuine relationships that bring customers back and grow the team

What We're Looking For
- You might be an experienced Active Stylist ready for your first leadership step or already working as an ASL looking for the right store. Either way, you bring:
- Proven retail sales experience and strong commercial instincts
- The ability to coach and lift the people around you
- Confidence with VM, stock processes and day-to-day operations
- The drive to be a top personal performer, not just a supervisor
- A genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand and what it stands for
