As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Infrastructure team and play a key role in the successful delivery of road rehabilitation, bridge construction and traffic infrastructure projects across Victoria.
Reporting to the Superintendent, with HQ based in Campbellfield, this role will support projects across Melbourne and Greater Geelong. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations across multiple civil infrastructure projects while ensuring works are delivered safely on time and within budget.
Important: Based in Melbourne with travel across project sites including Werribee, Lara and surrounding metropolitan areas.
The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends & night works required throughout the year (approximately 6–7 weeks annually).
How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Lead and coordinate site operations across civil infrastructure projects
- Work closely with Engineers, Supervise Leading Hands and site crews
- Drive a strong safety-first culture across all project activities
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, specifications and quality standards
- Monitor productivity, budgets and project performance
- Manage subcontractors and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Support project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate project records, reporting and documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 -5+ years' experience in civil construction supervision
- Proven experience managing multiple crews across complex infrastructure projects
- Strong background in roads, bridges, intersections and civil infrastructure works
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and commercial outcomes
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams
- Construction Industry White Card (essential)
- Highly regarded: First Aid Certificate, Plant Operator Tickets, OHS qualifications
