This is a part-time job-sharing opportunity to provide strategic and authoritative advice to senior branch leaders and business stakeholders to support the successful delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and targeted communication outcomes.
As Manager, Digital Marketing you will:
Work collaboratively with the branch leadership team to unite a diverse team of marketing, digital, communication and creative professionals in the delivery wellplanned and contemporary communication products and services.
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and tactics that support and advance the department's key priorities, brand positioning and online objectives.
Manage the workloads, people, risks and deadlines of the digital and creative team to ensure the provision of well planned, strategic, high-quality marketing, communication and digital media services.
Nurture a continuous improvement approach to managing and maintaining the department's digital communication platforms, ensuring that processes and formal quality control methods are in place to ensure a high standard of output from the
Facilitate early adoption and inclusion of emerging digital communication techniques and tactics that are created to deliver a great user experience.
Champion a contemporary online-first offering for communication products and services, that is searchable, findable and compliant with the relevant policies, procedures and government standards.
Lead and manage the human, financial and physical resources of the team in accordance with public sector legislation, policies, principles and practices.
Actively foster a team environment and positive culture, where team members enjoy coming to work, are appropriately skilled and challenged, and understand the contribution they play in the success of business outcomes.
Fulfill the responsibilities of the role in accordance with the department's core values and strategic intent.
