With leafy courtyards, warm timber interiors, and a lively neighbourhood atmosphere, we’re a place where guests gather for great food, genuine hospitality, and beautiful drinks — from a crisp Hugo Spritz to a classic Negroni.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be crafting cocktails with care, delivering genuine service, and helping create the warm, welcoming energy The Cottage is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails to a high standard.
- Provide warm, professional service to guests at the bar and tables.
- Maintain bar setup, stock levels, and cleanliness throughout service.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and drink specials.
- Support the broader FOH team with drinks service, batching, and prep.
- Uphold RSA compliance and ensure responsible service at all times.
About You
- Confident cocktail knowledge and practical bar experience.
- Passionate about hospitality, presentation, and guest experience.
- Positive, team-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Available for evenings and weekends.
- Current NSW RSA essential.
