About the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator to join our
Lifestyle Solutions brand and play a critical role in ensuring our face-to-face induction programs and learning interventions are effectively delivered to support an improved employee experience, seamless operational integration, and team retention.
In this dynamic role, you will facilitate fortnightly 5-day face-to-face inductions, deliver Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training within Cornell University accreditation standards, and regularly update learning materials as part of our continuous improvement program. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams—including Practice, Case Management, Operations, and Talent—you will help identify candidate needs and coordinate fit-for-purpose refresher training for frontline team members.
This position is based in Sydney or Newcastle (or broader NSW with flexibility to travel) and requires national travel dependent on primary location
About you
You are a confident, engaging facilitator who excels at group presentation and creating positive learning environments.
You will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification or current enrolment with completion due within the next 6 months.
- Qualified Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) trainer status (general training or refresher completed within the last 12 months).
- Demonstrated confidence and experience speaking in front of groups and managing group dynamics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to ongoing personal learning and continuous improvement.
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required to deliver training.
