The Retail Liquor Specialists Group (RLSG) is a proudly owned Australian family company operating multiple liquor stores across NSW and ACT. We are now expanding our operations with the addition of an IGA Supermarket and Liquor Store at Windmill Hill, Tamworth NSW.
Our vision is to provide an exceptional retail experience to both customers and suppliers through a combination of high quality customer service, a diverse range of products (many locally sourced) and knowledgeable, well trained employees.
We are recruiting additional team members to work in a variety of departments across the store., whiich is proposed to open in early July 2026. .
Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Team Member, you will have responsibility to:
a) Provide efficient friendly customer service
b) Assist with stock-filling, merchandising, stock rotation to ensure quality standards
c) Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to WHS and food safety standards

The Windmill Hill IGA Supermarket will operate 7 days per week. Team Member Positions include fulltime, part time, casual in Fresh Produce, Dry Grocery, Bakery/Deli, Customer Service, Liquor, Delivery Dock. Rates of pay are as per The General Retail Industry Award 2020, and include ordinary hours and penalty rates.

Selection Criteria – Retail Team Member
Essential Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated customer service skills
2. Experience in stock rotation
3. Awareness of food hygiene standards
4. Ability to work in a team
5. Ability to lift medium weights for period of time
6. Basic computer literacy skills
7. Year 10 or equivalent maths
