Smash Royalty is a fast-growing burger restaurant in Cairns looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook to join our team.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality food, and works well as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Highly Regarded
- Grill and fryer experience

What You'll Be Doing
- Cooking and assembling menu items to specification
- Operating grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
