The Role - What you will be doing....
- Baking cookies, skillets and seasonal ranges to recipe and brand standard
- Hand-finishing and decorating — piping, drizzling, topping and detailing with speed and consistency
- Following recipes, spec sheets and presentation guides closely
- Monitoring bake times, temperatures and consistency across batches
- Maintaining a clean, organised, food-safe workstation
- Quality-checking finished product before it leaves the floor
- Supporting the wider production team during peak periods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Baking experience (commercial, patisserie, café or production) and solid decorating skills
- Steady hands, strong attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation
- Ability to work quickly and consistently in a high-volume setting
- A reliable, punctual team player
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a busy kitchen environment
- Food handling certificate a plus (we can support you to get one)
