As Maroomba Airlines continues to expand, with new aircraft soon to join our fleet, this is an exciting time to join our Perth-based Cabin Crew team.
Cabin Crew at Maroomba Airlines play an important role in the safe and efficient operation of every flight. This position requires professionalism, sound judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in a safety-critical environment.
The role is well suited to candidates who have demonstrated reliability, resilience and a strong work ethic in previous employment, and who are comfortable working in a fast-paced aviation environment with varied rosters, standby duties and changing operational demands.

About the Role
Based in Perth, you will operate across regional Western Australia and help deliver a safe, professional and positive experience for our passengers.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting safety and emergency procedures in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Delivering professional customer service to passengers.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and aviation regulations.
- Supporting passengers with additional needs.
- Working collaboratively with flight crew and operational teams.
- Managing unexpected situations calmly, professionally and safely.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.

Successful candidates must be comfortable with:

Early morning sign-ons and variable start times.
- Working weekends and public holidays.
- Standby duties and short-notice operational changes.
- Multiple flight sectors in a day.
- Long periods on your feet.
- Changing schedules and operational requirements.
- Maintaining high service, safety and presentation standards in all operating conditions.
This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work outside standard business hours, including early starts, standby duties, weekends, public holidays and changing operational requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic aviation environment where rosters and duties may vary according to operational needs.

Previous aviation experience is not essential; however, applicants must be able to demonstrate that they understand the expectations of rostered work and the importance of being prepared, punctual and ready to contribute.
You will demonstrate:

A demonstrated employment history with evidence of reliability, punctuality and commitment.
- Experience in customer-facing, operational or service-based roles, such as hospitality, tourism, healthcare, aviation, retail, emergency services, FIFO, mining or similar industries.
- Previous experience working shifts, rotating rosters, early starts or physically active roles.
- The ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- A commitment to teamwork and supporting colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and safety awareness.
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the broader team when operational requirements change.
- A positive and professional approach to standby duties, roster changes and busy operational days.
Essential Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster.
- Ability to meet operational requirements, including:
- Early morning sign-on’s and variable start times.
- Weekend work.
- Public holiday work.
- Standby duties.
- Extended duty periods where operationally required.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain).
- Current RSA (or ability to obtain).
Desirable

Previous aviation experience.
- Certificate III in Aviation (Cabin Crew).
- Experience working shifts or rotating rosters.
- Experience in safety-critical industries.
