Your Role
The Project Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of high-volume BAU and campaign work for one of our largest banking clients. You'll act as a reliable point of contact for both client and internal teams, managing multiple projects from brief through to completion while maintaining client satisfaction through on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Briefing
- Interpret production briefs across Print, OOH and Digital, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities
- Translate client objectives into clear delivery plans
- Brief creative and production teams with clear requirements, assets and timelines
- Identify efficiencies and improvements in delivery and production workflows
End-to-end delivery
- Take ownership of projects from briefing through to final delivery, with support from senior team members
- Manage multiple concurrent jobs across BAU and campaign work
- Monitor timelines, quality and budgets to ensure consistent, high-standard output
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date WIP tracker, including status, owners, deadlines and blockers
Team & resource management
- Coordinate designers and production resources, ensuring clear priorities and deadlines
- Keep work moving by proactively managing dependencies and resolving blockers
- Contribute to a structured, efficient delivery process across all projects
Client & stakeholder engagement
- Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for clients and production partners
- Communicate clearly and proactively on timelines, progress and risks
- Build confidence in managing expectations and navigating changes, with support from senior leads
- Support scope tracking, job counts and monthly reporting
About you
- 3-5+ years' experience in project management within an agency or production environment
- Proven experience managing high-volume BAU and/or campaign delivery
- Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across digital and print
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and keep stakeholders aligned
- Experience working with complex or regulated clients (e.g. banking, insurance, telco) is a plus
