THE ROLE
The Deputy Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Service, managing compliance and monitoring systems and the supervision of Team Leaders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service and in the absence of the Operations Manager, assume responsibilities as the Manager in Charge of the service.
- Develop and manage compliance and monitoring systems that enhance client service delivery and safety and security for the service.
- Provide professional supervision for Team Leaders and ensure individual professional development plans are in place for senior staff.
