We are looking for a part-time caretaker to complete common area cleaning for a brand new apartment complex in Elsternwick. This role requires Monday to Friday attendance 5 hours each shift. Hours are 8am - 1pm.
Minimum requirements for this role would be:
- 1 year experience in commercial or domestic cleaning role
- Experience with lift polishing and cleaning
- Flexibility to complete more hours on an adhoc basis at the property if required
Duties include cleaning of common areas only, such as glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. As the Caretaker, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

Would be great to have your own means of transport and minimum Level 1 cleaning experience but happy to work around this for the right candidate.
