Technology enables better care. Our Systems Transformation Program will modernise workforce management, HR, payroll and finance - connecting people, processes and data so our teams spend less time on administration and more time delivering exceptional care.
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to shape scalable processes and systems in a growing, purpose-led organisation.

Join the program early and contribute from discovery and design through testing, go-live and transition to business as usual.
Reporting to the Program Director, work with leaders, subject matter experts, technology teams and vendors to translate business needs into workable change.
What you will do
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
- Map current-state processes and define practical future-state processes.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop workflows, procedures and operating model documentation.
- Support data readiness, migration, integration and solution design.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect follow-up and sign-off.
- Support business readiness, cutover, go-live and handover.
What you will bring
- Proven Business Analyst experience in ERP, HRIS, workforce management, payroll, finance or systems transformation.
- Strong process-mapping, requirements and documentation skills.
- Confidence facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting integration, data migration, testing and implementation.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in business, information technology or a related field.
- Aged care, healthcare, regulated sector or multi-site experience will be highly regarded.
