We’re looking for an experienced Logistic Operator (Internal Job Title is Packaging Technician -Logistics) to join the team at our Little Creatures Brewery in Geelong on a Permanent Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Site Optimisation Manager, you’ll work alongside two other Logistics team members to keep materials and finished goods moving safely and efficiently across the site.
This is a genuinely hands-on role — around 70% of your time will be spent operating a forklift, loading/unloading trucks and managing warehouse movements, with the remaining 30% focused on systems and logistics administration.
What you'll be doing

Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and move materials and finished goods around site

Manage inbound and outbound receipting, dispatch and stock movements

Complete load documentation, manifests and other logistics administration

Scan and process delivery dockets and maintain accurate system records

Use systems including SAP, Excel and BevChain platforms

Manage CHEP pallets and support stock and warehouse accuracy

Work closely with Packaging and Operations teams to coordinate deliveries, production timing and warehouse space

Maintain high standards of forklift, traffic management, load compliance and warehouse safety

Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency across the logistics operation
What you'll bring
You’ll ideally have:

Strong forklift experience and a current forklift licence – essential

Experience loading and unloading trucks in a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environment

Confidence working with systems and completing logistics administration

Experience with SAP and Excel

Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations

Strong safety awareness, particularly around forklifts, traffic management and load planning

The ability to work independently while being a great team player

FMCG or manufacturing experience would be highly regarded
Your working hours: Monday to Friday, day hours, with varying start times to support delivery coverage.
