We’re looking for a sous chef to join our friendly team at Sway in Manly.
We’re a small, busy cafe that’s all about from-scratch cooking (including sourdough and other breads, pickles, ferments, relishes, jams etc.), quality produce and putting interesting food on the plate in a fun and supportive environment.
This is a hands-on, full time role where you will lead the kitchen team two days a week and support the head chef in all facets of kitchen operations, including menu and weekly special development.
Experience in modern high-end cafe/restaurant cooking is desirable.
There’s no nights involved and plenty of flexibility in the roster.
