About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Stock Manager to join our team at The Athlete’s Foot Karrinyup.
As our Stock Manager, you will play an important role in keeping our stock operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, processing deliveries, managing replenishment and ensuring our stockroom is organized and operating at a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and understands how effective stock management contributes to a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day stockroom and inventory operations
- Receive, check and process incoming deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Ensure stock is correctly processed, stored and maintained
- Conduct regular stock takes and investigate stock discrepancies
- Manage stock replenishment to ensure the sales floor is well stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom
- Monitor stock accuracy and implement effective stock control processes
- Support the store team by ensuring products are readily available when required
- Assist with maintaining strong stock integrity and loss-prevention practices
- Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to support sales and customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organized and has excellent attention to detail
- Has strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Is comfortable working independently and managing daily stock responsibilities
- Has previous retail, stockroom, inventory or warehouse experience
- Is physically capable of handling deliveries and moving stock
- Has a positive, team-focused attitude
- Understands the importance of stock accuracy and presentation
- Is reliable, dependable and punctual
Previous retail or stock management experience is highly regarded, but we are also interested in applicants who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
