Complete Tree Management are seeking an experienced and dedicated Arborist & Crew Supervisor to join our professional staff on a full-time basis with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Manage and lead three to four ground crew
- Remove, prune & maintain trees
- Stump grinding
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- See that your crew performs work with a focus on safety
- Leaving work sites tidy
Experience & attributes:
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Minimum of certificate 3 in Arboriculture
- EWP ticket is preferable
- MR truck licence is advantageous
- Reliable punctuality & good personal presentation
- Ability to lead & motivate a team
