Real Estate Property Officer
We are seeking a dedicated, well-organised, and passionate Property Officer to support our growing property management team.
Role Overview:
- Manage maintenance requests and liaise with tenants, landlords, and trades
- Conduct open homes twice per week (one weekday and one weekend)
- Assist prospective tenants with applications and enquiries
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
- Provide detailed feedback to landlords following inspections
- Process tenant applications
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Support the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of the property portfolio
Key Requirements:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence or willing to obtain
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Previous real estate experience is desirable
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Availability to work Saturdays (with a mid-week day off)
- Genuine interest in property management
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
