We are a dedicated, professional, and fun-loving training academy looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team.
Based in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane, this is a full-time position with an immediate start.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Using HubSpot CRM to manage customer relationships and workflows
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Coordinating schedules, communications, and office systems
- General office management and organisational duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar administration role
- Experience using HubSpot
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Marketing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
