**The Role: Evidence-Based Excellence in Scoliosis**
As a key member of our team at Perth Scoliosis Clinic, you'll work closely with the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Director to deliver high-quality allied health services, grounded in evidence-based practice. Your commitment to client-centered care and a willingness to go above and beyond will empower you to achieve the best outcomes for our scoliosis patients. The starting salary is $80000+ rewards including bonus and education allowance. Depends on level of experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a full case load of scoliosis patients, utilizing evidence-based management of scoliosis techniques; must have further education in Scoliosis Specific Exercise.
- Collaborate and learn from other healthcare professionals who share our mission.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration as a full or limited practicing physiotherapist.
- Independent work ability, demonstrated pride in your work, and a commitment to patient follow-up.
- Desire for continuous education to enhance patient care through evidence-based practices.
- Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
- Dry needling certification is desirable.
- Pilates experience is desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
