About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Growth & Online Manager to lead and scale our e-commerce business across Australia & New Zealand.
In this role, you will own the digital strategy end-to-end—from driving online revenue growth to optimising customer experience and building a scalable e-commerce infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a scalable e-commerce growth strategy
- Drive online revenue and unlock new market opportunities
- Expand key partnerships (retail integrations)
- Capture incremental sales through improved product accessibility
- Lead digital marketing initiatives (search, shopping, display, paid social)
- Own commercial performance including forecasting, budgets, and targets
Infrastructure & Operations
- Build and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (fulfilment, logistics, returns)
- Ensure integration across webshop, ERP, CRM, and partner systems
- Define KPIs and implement performance tracking and reporting frameworks
Webshop & Content Management
- Manage and optimise webshop performance (range, pricing, content)
- Plan and execute promotions and online campaigns
- Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting
- Continuously improving conversion and user experience
Customer Experience & Innovation
- Enhance the full customer journey (pre- and post-purchase)
- Implement automation and AI-driven tools
- Use customer insights and data to improve engagement and retention
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) with proven experience in e-commerce, online marketing, and webshop management
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in data and reporting tools
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects
- Proven experience with Power BI, Business Central, TYPO3, content management systems, and warehouse systems is required
- Self-driven and resilient team player, comfortable collaborating with international stakeholders and headquarters in Germany
