Razzie’s is a new quick service burger shop opening in the Sydney CBD, built around fresh smashburgers, hot dogs, loaded sides, and proper comfort food.
We’re looking for a reliable and positive Station Cook to join our opening crew. This role is focused on working across key kitchen stations, helping prepare and finish food during service, and working with the kitchen team to make sure orders go out fresh, consistent, and on time.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll show you our way of doing things, and we’re always open to ideas and suggestions from the team. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, can follow instructions, care about quality, and take pride in doing the job properly.
We’re starting with one location, but the goal is much bigger. Razzie’s has plans to grow into multiple locations, and we want good people to grow with us. For team members who show the right attitude, consistency, and care for the work, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
We also believe in cross training our team. Over time, you’ll have the chance to learn multiple parts of the operation, including grill, burger building, fryer, customer service, order taking, food handoff, packing orders, and helping the front counter when needed. This keeps the work interesting, helps the team work better together, and gives you the chance to build real skills across the business.

About you:
You’re dependable, practical, and comfortable working as part of a team. You don’t need to be a chef, but you do need to care about timing, quality, cleanliness, food safety, and getting food out the right way.
You’re also someone who wants to improve over time. We want to create an environment where people can build confidence, learn new skills, develop better habits, and grow personally and professionally.
We also want Razzie’s to be a place where people enjoy coming to work. We take the food, service, and standards seriously, but we also want to have fun along the way and build a team that people are proud to be part of.
In return, you’ll join the Razzie’s team from the beginning. For the right person, there will be opportunities to learn more stations, help train future team members, take on leadership responsibilities, and build a longer term career path as we expand.
If this sounds like the kind of team you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
