As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic and like-minded individuals to join our Front of House team. This role is a key part of our daily operations and is perfect for people who thrive in a fast-moving hospitality environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
About the Role
As a Front of House team member, you will be one of the faces of the restaurant. You’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and consistent service while helping ensure the venue runs smoothly during busy service periods. This role combines customer service, order taking, cleanliness, and general operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing warm, friendly, and attentive customer service
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring the dining area, counters, and service stations are clean and well presented
- Assisting with the overall flow of service during busy periods
- Supporting day-to-day operations to keep the venue running smoothly
- Working collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards at all times
